A Laptop so Minimal, it actually hides!
If you thought Apple couldn’t possible simplify the aesthetics of the MacBook Pro line any further, take a look at the HIDE laptop. The ultra minimalist design hides all ports when closed. Aside from the small hinge and indentation to help lift the cover, it just looks like a solid aluminum block. It’s naive and utilitarian. I really like it.

iPhone Serpent Round My Neck
The Vyne is quite an elaborate iPhone Stand, in fact I think its one of the most obvious ones I’ve seen. It has a flexible strap that coils into various forms… going round your neck like a snake charmer’s serpent to sitting pretty on your desk. The flexible elastomer neck and plastic clip secure your phone into place. Good for when you want to watch some videos on the phone. However, don’t even try using it while walking!

S T A N C E. - A New Breed of Fatboy Motorcycle: The JaFM
You’ve got your Fat Tire beer and your fat tire motorcycles, and the Motomorphic Shop must have been influenced by a couple brewsky’s when they decided to load a fat tire on both the front and back of an experimental motorbike, called the JaFM. But the craziest part is… it worked!
While the JaFM may have a bit more tendency to standup during front trail braking, it just might be a fault you’re willing to live with if you like to standout in a crowd. Overall, the motorcycle has not only a one-of-a-kind stance, but according to the builder, handles just about as good as it looks.
Tipping the scales at a reasonable 550lbs (including 7 gallons of gas), the JaFM is powered by a Rotax V990 60 degree, four valve, 998 cc, V-Twin. The sound of this 110 horsepower (70 lb-ft of torque) beast is immense. The Rotax also includes dual overhead cams, dry sump, a big ol’ air scoop which doubles as its headlight housing, and a six-speed transmission with slipper clutch.
The bike is currently going for $100K, and is fully customizable (it ought to be at that price). The only other thing I can say, is be sure to wear a helmet. Not only does the builder say it has a few “idiosyncrasies”, without a wind screen you can expect a mouth full of bugs!

8 Tips for Removing Fingerprints from Stainless Steel
It is clear that stainless steel appliances are not going away any time soon. I love the way they look-- adding stainless steel appliances will instant modernity to any kitchen, and their reflective surfaces will make smaller kitchens look bigger. But just like with my iPhone, one of the things that I do not enjoy about my stainless steel appliances is how easily they get fingerprint smudges.
A couple of months ago I finally said enough is enough, and went on a mini crusade in search of the best solution for removing fingerprints from stainless steel. I decided to focus on simple solutions using products that I already own, knowing, from experience, that some of the best solutions are the simplest ones.
Surprisingly, most of the things I tried worked fairly well, to similar results, but none of them kept fingerprint marks away for too long. I had to clean my appliances regularly — about once a week %mdash; but if you clean on a regular basis, getting rid of fingerprints from your appliances should not take more than a few minutes.

Here are some tips to keeping your appliances free of fingerprint smudges:
- Clean with mild soap and water, using a soft cloth.
- Clean with white vinegar and a damp soft cloth.
- Clean with soda water.
- Polish with a clean soft cloth and a dab of olive oil or baby oil.
- Polish with a clean soft cloth and lemon juice.
- After cleaning with mild soap and water, polish with a sheepskin cloth.
- After cleaning with mild soap and water, use furniture polish—wipes are the most convenient.
- Clean with Windex or other streak free glass cleaner.
So, I'm convinced my next place will be an industrial loft - Thoughts?
It is utterly amazing how one make turn a beautiful space like the one above into the images you see below. Call it a trend, fad or my sense of minimalism, but this is most def my next goal. Urban industrial lofts are SICK !!!
