This is my beginning; Radical Honesty.

So I have decided that the way of the world is to be fake. Fake this, fake that, and for what? To make others happy? What does that get the individual? Nada. So that is what I am going to do is practice Radical Honesty. What is Radical honesty you ask? Well let me tell you about the practice before you jump to conclusions.

What is Radical Honesty? Radical Honesty is a kind of communication that is direct, complete, open and expressive. Radical Honesty means you tell the people in your life what you've done or plan to do, what you think, and what you feel. It's the kind of authentic sharing that creates the possibility of love and intimacy.

The practice of Radical Honesty is based on the work and writings of Dr. Brad Blanton, a psychologist who found that the best way to reduce stress, make life work, and heal the past is to tell the truth.

Reckless honesty is the result of pushing the authenticity envelope so far that you shoot yourself in the foot. Radical honesty is having the balls to walk up to a girl and say “Hi” because you think she’s attractive and you want to find out more. Reckless honesty is walking up to the same girl and saying “Wow, you are absolutely gorgeous. There’s nothing I’d like to do more right now than to take you into the nearest bathroom, rip all your clothes off, and tap that ass"

1. EMOTIONAL HONESTY: Reveal your emotional reactions, both positive and negative, to the events of your life, particularly to your spouse's behavior.

2. HISTORICAL HONESTY: Reveal information about your personal history, particularly events that demonstrate personal weakness or failure.

3. CURRENT HONESTY: Reveal information about the events of your day. Provide your spouse with a calendar of your activities, with special emphasis on those that may affect your spouse.

4. FUTURE HONESTY: Reveal your thoughts and plans regarding future activities and objectives.

This is something I have looked deep into and feel that this movement will make me a better person in life. Stay tuned. I will be updating about this venture regularly.

With one of their better conceptual designs of the year, the Jordan camp gets set to launch their Tribe Called Quest tribute Jordan 1’s. The kicks take obvious cues from Tribe’s Midnight Marauders album which sprang the classic single “Award Tour” not to mention elevated the group’s intellectual rhymes into another stratosphere with a blend of Jazz infused Hip-Hop. Following that same timeless element, the sneakers feature a mostly black palette with beautifully placed embroidered mesh, green/red accenting and a sleek patent leather swoosh. Select retailers including Undefeated will see a release this Saturday, January 31st at all of their US chapter stores.

Late last Friday night, automotive icon Steve Saleen and his new company SMS Supercars launched the production version of the SMS 570 Challenger to media and customers. The lifestyle unveiling at “Tentation” nightclub in Newport Beach proved to be the perfect venue for the automotive enthusiast audience. “We have an exciting new vehicle and wanted toshake up the old standard introduction at an auto show” explains Steve Saleen.
After its late night launch the SMS 570 Challenger began its lengthy tour to numerous US destinationsand Dodge dealerships. First stop last weekend was the Barrett-Jackson auction in Scottsdale, AZ,where it was on display for attendees to admire.
“Scottsdale was just a stopover en route to the NADA Convention in New Orleans”, notes Steve, “I will present the car to Dodge dealers at the convention January 24-27”. The car will then continue on to anumber of locations in the South East where it will be shown to customers and dealers. A US press tour with both production models will follow at the end of the first quarter of 2009.
The 500 HP SMS 570 Challenger and the 700 HP SMS 570 X Challenger can be ordered through all Dodge dealers at this time. In addition to the patented SMS Supercharger atop the ultra high-performance engine, both production models feature completely revised aesthetics, aerodynamics and performance features including; SMS Series 4 suspension and high performance cross drilled brakes with six pistons up front and four pistons at the rear. The interior features the SMS Signature Series chevron seats with deep bolsters, rich leather and Alcantara suede for high-performance comfort. A SUV, and particularly one which is driven by a diesel engine, is not quite a lazy car. Mercedes tuner KICHERER shows how the Mercedes GL 420 CDI learns to fly in its recent reincarnation named KICHERER GL 42 Black Line.

The KICHERER GL draws its extended force resources from a modified engine control unit wrenching 360hp and a torque of 900Nm from the V8 engine. To make sure that this excess in performance may be properly enjoyed, the electronic Vmax limit has been raised to 280km/h. The suspension is electronically adjusted and comes up with a much sportier characteristic curve preventing the SUV from loosing its temper. The accelerator pedal’s response behaviour, too, has been electronically optimised in order to make sure that the engine will release its performance more spontaneously. These technical modifications are brought to perfection by a two-pass sports exhaust system. To illustrate the increased motor activity visually, the KICHERER GL has been provided with an off-road package comprising, among other things, running boards, larger fenders, a new grille and a roof-edge spoiler as well as numerous black body trims. A complete special edition 21“ wheelset with wide-base tyres is the cherry on top. In reality, HP should've made sure that its iPAQ Data Messenger shipped alongside the Voice Messenger back in December, but given that it didn't, we suppose it's a small victory that the handset is finally up for pre-order in the UK today. Of course, getting any halfway intelligent Briton to spend £419 ($593) on this already forgotten WinMo 6.1 device (with Mobile World Congress just weeks away, no less) is a challenge we're thrilled to not be responsible for.

[Fabulous and his entourage] requested "the usual excess of champagne and alcohol, so the manager asked for a credit card to start a tab." Unfortunately, Fabolous' credit cards were all declined. "By the fifth credit card, the entourage member designated to take care of his tab goes outside," our source said, "only to start a fight with the outside bouncer. He tripped and fell, hitting his head on the concrete and started bleeding. The manager called an ambulance. But as soon as the entourage member also saw the police, he began running away, blood oozing down his face." So … the dude that was supposed to pay goes outside without paying … then gets his azz beat by the bouncer. Must have been a hood restaurant.Well ... better him getting his azz whooped that Fabo...

The well positioned source tells Bossip a big argument went down and at the end, Kelly kicked her “Dad” to the curb. The source goes on to say this is sure to put a strain on Kelly and Beyonce’s relationship.
We are pretty sure this has something to do with the Knowles clan trying to sabotage Kelly’s career for years. Beyonce is almost the only one left from Destiny’s Child, imagine that.
