The much awaited 2012 Lexus LFA that premiered at the Tokyo Motor Show last year was giving car collectors some sleepless nights till the time its production date was launched. Priced at $375,000, parent Toyota has announced the total production run of 500 cars of which only 150 LFAs will be coming to the US. The new supercar will be hand-built to customers’ personal specs with only three configurations available. As quoted by Toyota - “All three come with a choice of leather or Alcantara upholstery. Configuration 2 adds a navigation system and Mark Levinson surround-sound audio system. Configuration 3 adds the Lexus Enform/Safety Connect communications system.”
