Aloha Rag founder Tatsugo Yoda came up with the idea of including ribbons as part of the collaboration with Converse from his experience in a luxury store. He watched the sales person wrap up his purchase and finish it off with a nice ribbon. From humble beginnings Yoda rose to where he is currently and this ribbon experience has left a pleasant memory that he wished to share with everyone.
Based on the JP Zipper Hi, the unique silhouette already features the zip up system and this ARNY JP Zip is redesigned to include black smile on the toe, off white midsoles, crinkle patent leather, patterned buffalo leather outer and soft leather lining. Brass zippers highlight the front view and it is matched by brass eyelets and heel spike. These are currently available as pre-orders on the Aloha Rag online store.
