This house comes from Baqueratta, an architecture firm specialized in designing minimalist homes, and is located in Tokyo, Japan. With a simple and immaculate appearance, we believe this house is a great symbol of Japan’s modern residential architecture. Its exterior resembles a giant concrete rectangle breached by only a few windows. Characterized by elegance and simplicity, it also gives an indication of the contemporary arrangements inside. Most rooms have an opening towards a central green area, invaded by light. This way nature was brought indoors creating a small oasis, a common “practice” for most of the modern home designs you’ve seen lately on Freshome. The interior design is truly charming in its ascetic decorations. The unadorned rooms are very stylish and seem to inspire a sober, faultless atmosphere.- via Daily Icon
