With Mercedes being my all-time automobile manufacture, I felt it only right to mention my all-time favorite after-market manufacture for Mercedes. The Chanel Fiole Concept Car!

WOW! I can’t breathe right now, whew! This is the all new Chanel Fiole Concept car. Hands down the BEST concept car I’ve ever seen! Taking the brand’s iconic monochromatic colours, the Chanel Fiole concept was centered on the simplicity of lines with an emphasis on airflow. The car seats three, and of course features the double C logo in diamonds. Wouldn’t you be so pissed if one of those diamonds fell off? ha

22-INCH INTERAD WHEELS ON LEXUS GS - DOPE!

Here’s a few shots that I had on the camera as well as one that Angel sent over. As for offsets you’ll have to ask the fellas over at Interad Wheels but I will tell you that they measure in at 22×9.5-inches up front and 22×10.5-inches out back. The wheels are wrapped in Toyo tires and the centers are finished off in liquid gun metal and the hoops powder coated gloss black.

So here’s a few answers to the most common questions:

1. Does it rub? NO

2. Can i make full u-turns? YES

3. Are your fenders shaved/ rolled? YES

4. Are you on bags or a Phantom cupkit? NO

5. Do the lips stick out in the rear? NO..they’re flush and it’s just the pic.

Once I clean the car I’ll take more shots but for now here’s a few more details about the build. The car was repainted by Platinum VIP, the body kit is from Job Design (the Hybrid Neo Kit) and it’s runing all natural camber all the way around with a coil-over kit.

Before I forget I gotta thank Jorge at JW for installing the wheels the first time around – yeah…when they DID rub. LOL….since then we went with bigger inners so we’re all good.

Lexus - LF-Ch Concept - Hum, Idk. Interior is NUTTS!

At this concept car stage, it looks like Lexus will be bringing heat with its newly developed LF-Ch Concept. The entry into the luxury compact market is no surprise as this is a new market becoming more popular following increase in gas prices and the fact that luxury can be compact. Unfortunately there are no further details yet on the exact specifications of the vehicle other than these concept images but more will be revealed at the Frankfurt Motor Show in about a weeks time. Only details released is that it will have a full hybrid powertrain and can be driven exclusively in EV mode. The aggressive looks will definitely appeal to a niche and young at heart with interior that is far from boring and keeping functionality a key feature.

BMW - Vision EfficientDynamics Concept -

For decades, BMW has been making reduction of emissions and fuel consumption a key part of its product development strategy. BMW’s EfficientDynamics engineering philosophy is the pursuit of an enhanced athletic driving experience while simultaneously lowering consumption and emissions of each vehicle. With this in mind, BMW have unveiled the Vision concept car which is a 2+2 seater that uses full-hybrid technology. The concept vehicle takes the performance of BMW M series with a standard of fuel efficiency and emission management that exceeds even the current levels achieved by the latest small cars. The performance is not shy at all with top speed limited electronically to 155mph with 0-100km/h in 4.8 seconds. With this concept car, BMW uses all its knowledge gained in motorsport to provide a look into the future of what is possible in terms of performance and design.

Seems like it’s a gold rush in Dubai! While everything has turned plastic in California and elsewhere in the world, Dubai can afford the glitzy nod to hark back to the gold rush era. It surely comes as no surprise to spot a golden Audi R8 super car in, you know where. There’s all sorts of flashy stuff out there in Dubai that all eyes and radar can detect, but what sets this Audi apart form others is its stealth-like dull finish. The new monochromatic finish definitely calls for extensive staring at the vehicle. That’s a tantalizing blend of making us believe that such things do exist and I’ve been thinking a lot (lately) how it feeds on extravagant fantasy.

Now and then there are cars that come along that provide a little bit of everything. Style, comfort, utility and fun… something everyone can enjoy. And then there are those that take the ultimate driving machine and make it err ummm…. the uber ultimate driving machine! One german car modifier took a stock e91 BMW 3 series and turned it into a monster. This heavily modified grocery getter boasts a full M5 V10 motor swap, M5 7 speed SMG trans, BMW Performance Seats, BMW Performance Steering Wheel, Stop Tech BBK, 20″ R.A.D forged wheels with a matted black face and chrome lip, Bilstein PSS10 full coilover system, roof rail delete, full M3 front conversion, M3 rear bumper, full M3 exhaust, blackline taillights and extra wide fenders.
