Following the release of their wildly popular Calibre 8 timepiece, TAG Heuer recently unveiled the second watch in their Carrera series, the Calibre 16. The Carrera series pays homage to TAG Heuer’s history of motorsports affiliation, particularly with Formula One. Accordingly, the Calibre 16 incorporates a carbon fiber-look face and green accents that reference the glowing green borders of the Formula One night track. The face integrates three secondary dials and a day/date window. A titanium case and black leather strap complete the race-inspired look. TAG Heuer will produce 250 examples, all of which they expect to sell within days of the release.
