As promised, HM2-SV by MB&F - D R O O L !

I have to say this is probably one of my favortie MB&F's yet. This watch is simply beautiful, bold, class yet technical all wrapped in a sapphire rectangle. One look at this watch and you know it's special, detailed, and best of all expensive!

SV for Sapphire Vision.

A very limited edition of 25 pieces, letting the owner discover the whole movement and the construction of the titanium case supporting it.
Honestly, when you have the piece in hand it is astounding. The whole movement in its three dimensionality just looks like a suspended city.

Why did we take so long to come out with it, and why only 25 ? Well, the 3,6 mm thick sapphire top plate made out of three parts is a true incredible technical achievement. Only one sapphire manufacturer, Stettler in Lyss (Switzerland), accepted the challenge… and actually managed ! Over 55 hours necessary just to machine and polish one base sapphire plate, and three out of four pieces break during the process (mostly due to the drilling of the holes for the screws, which induce tension and cracks) !

The blue water resistance gaskets have been designed specifically and relate in colour to the blue discs and 22k rotor at the back.

This thing is A M A Z I N G !

Good job Max on yet another stunning time piece.
