
This 90 square foot apartment in Brooklyn is designed by Snarkitecture  for Daniel Arsham. This private hideaway is contained within a larger  2,500 square foot collaborative workspace. It’s very minimalist and  monochrome yet very unusual. Its wall decorations makes it so unusual.  They are covered with 25,000 ping pong balls. Thanks to that they looks  like big pixilated screens that fade from gray to white. Because the  apartment is part of the company’s office space it features only  sleeping, dressing, storage and study areas. The apartment was built in  two months for less than $100 a square foot. That’s $50 cheaper than  your average loft in this area…
