When I saw these babies I was stunned and then I read Sara Mower’s description of these Alexander McQueen’s Shoes: “…their gangly legs sunk in grotesque shoes that looked like the armored heads of a fantastical breed of antediluvian sea monster…” Nonetheless all I can think about is the face of the cobbler who had to make these, and then the fact that from the front these “booties” look totally different than they do sideways. Forget wear-ability these will end up on some editorial for sure. Cannot wait to see who will dare?
