This gorgeous 10650 square feet house is located on a 17250 square feet lot near the Sierra Madre mountains. It’s clad in brown/black volcanic stone, IPE wood, white stucco and steel. There is quite a big pool near by and a terrace above it. They both are protected from sun and neighbors with two massive oak trees. There is also a cool intimate garden of palm trees that could be viewed as from living room as from dining and family areas. The site’s topography wasn’t ideal so there are a lot of subtle level changes between rooms that only add interest to the interior design. Private areas of the house also have access to a garden but to the second one. [GLR Architects | Photography by Jorge Taboada ]
